They're on to us!

Dogs beware. We have kept our practice of walking on hind legs secret for years from humans. Unfortunately, Steph posted a picture of a hound doing just that. Just the other day I was strolling through the living room when Tim came out of the kitchen. I got a surprise and just stared at him for a few seconds. He had a camera in his hands and took a shot. Luckily, he didn't frame it too well. If you are caught in the act, it is very important not to let on why we are doing this. Under no circumstance are you to say. They must not know.

Life is great when you can choose between four and two legs.

oh, Ruby - I am ashamed to say that I have not learned to walk on my hind legs yet...you know us Danes are pretty slow...we're just getting the hang of moving all 4 of our legs together at the same time...

You look very comfortable on two legs, Ruby Isabella! Of course, you do realize the secret is now out:) Black Jack can stand on her hind legs, pretty much motionless, for quite some time, but she doesn't move any distance. Her motive is to get her nose a little closer to us humans with the treats in our hands. I guess if we started walking slowly backwards, she might catch on to your method.

Steph- Many surprises to come.

Anna- Oui!

Dughallmor Beagles- I know you don't.. I've seen you not doing it....often.

Amber and Nala- Countersurfing? Me? Never. I'm not that kind of dog.

Honey- Not when the humans are watching.

Carol- Not when the humans are watching.

I can do that too! Not all doggies can, you know. The Relentlessly Huge has too big a head to ever balance like us more nimble labradogs.
